We understand that plans sometimes change. That is why we have clearly listed our cancellation policy:

• Within 24 hours of booking: You will receive a full refund.

• Up to 42 days before arrival: we charge 30% of the holiday price.

• Between 42 and 28 days before arrival: we charge 60% of the fare.

• From 28 days before arrival to the day of arrival: we charge 90% of the holiday price.

• On arrival day or later: the full amount (100%) will be charged.

Good to know

• Entering the site is at your own risk. 

• The holiday price is the rental price plus any additional costs (not including the deposit).

• A booking is final once the landlord has approved it and the 24-hour cancellation period has expired.

• Do you have cancellation insurance? You may be able to get (part of) your costs reimbursed. Contact your insurer for more information.

• If you have moved your stay to a later date and cancel afterwards, the charges will apply according to the original arrival date.

• We always keep the date on which you inform us of the cancellation. So even if we read your message a day later, the sending date counts.

Example

Suppose you book a stay on 5 January for 10 to 12 October later in the same year. We approve your booking on 7 January. You then still have 24 hours to cancel free of charge. If you cancel on 22 January, you will pay 30% of the holiday price.
